Morphé
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
You may cancel at any time from your customer portal, and Morphé continues to work until the end of the period you have paid for. Within 14 days of subscribing, of the first payment after a free trial, and of each yearly renewal, you may instead cancel and have that payment refunded in full. This policy sets out how.
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Summary
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| You cancel during the 14-day free trial (monthly or education plan) | Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. |
| You cancel within 14 days of subscribing, where a payment was taken at checkout (the annual plan) | Refunded in full, on request, without a reason being required. |
| You cancel within 14 days of the first payment after a free trial | Refunded in full, on request, without a reason being required. |
| You cancel within 14 days of a yearly renewal | Refunded in full, on request, without a reason being required. |
| You cancel at any other time | No refund of the current period. Morphé works until the end of it, and you are not billed again. |
| An education term ends after twelve months | Billing and access stop on the same day, so no refund arises. |
| We suspended your licence in error | We reinstate it and refund the days it was unavailable. |
2. How to cancel
Cancel from your customer portal at morphe-design.app/subscription. The same link appears at the foot of most of the emails we send you. It takes a moment, needs no reason, and involves nobody but you.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Morphé continues to work until that date, and you are not billed again. If you cancel within one of the 14-day periods in section 3, you may instead ask us to refund the payment in full and end the subscription straight away.
We confirm every cancellation by email on the day it is made, with the date it takes effect. If you cancel within one of the 14-day periods, the confirmation also says how to have the payment refunded.
One request ends a subscription at once: if you ask Stripe, or Onelink, to delete your data, Stripe cancels the subscription there and then, and Morphé stops the same day, whatever remains of the period you have paid for (Privacy Policy, section 8). If that happens part-way through a period you have paid for, write to us.
If you cannot use the portal, email us instead (section 10 explains what to include). Any clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough. Please use the portal where you can: it is immediate, and it leaves nothing waiting on a reply.
3. Your 14 days to cancel
A subscription gives you 14 days to cancel, for any reason, and have the payment refunded in full, at three points:
- When you subscribe. The 14 days run from the day you complete checkout. On the monthly and education plans the free trial starts then too, so the two end together: cancel within them and you are never charged. The annual plan is charged at checkout, so cancelling within 14 days refunds the whole year.
- After the first payment following a free trial. The 14 days run from the day that payment is taken.
- After each yearly renewal, including a move onto the annual plan. The 14 days run from the day that year's payment is taken. A monthly renewal does not start a new period.
We tell you when each period starts. The email with your licence key covers the first. For the other two, we email you within a day of the payment with the date the 14 days end.
To cancel within one of these periods, email us, or reply to any of our emails, saying that you wish to cancel. No reason is required, and any clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough. You may use the model cancellation form in section 11, but you do not have to. We refund the payment in full, to the payment method you used, and end the subscription the same day.
Who has these rights. If you buy as a consumer, consumer law gives you a right to cancel. In the United Kingdom it comes from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and from the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024; in the EU, from the Consumer Rights Directive as it applies where you live. We give all three 14-day periods to every customer, consumer or business, from the day you subscribe, and we refund the payment in full.
We do not ask you to give this right up. Sellers of digital products may ask buyers to waive it in return for immediate access. We do not, and accepting our terms at checkout does not waive it.
4. Our refund policy
This applies to every customer, business or consumer.
Within any of the 14-day periods in section 3, we refund the payment in full on request and end the subscription. No reason is required.
Outside those periods, we do not refund the period you are in. Cancel, and Morphé works until the period ends; you are not billed again.
If we suspend or end your licence by our own error, we reinstate it as soon as we become aware and refund the part of the current period during which you could not use Morphé. That is the remedy this policy provides; the Terms of Service set out the limits of our liability more generally.
Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the purchase. We cannot send one elsewhere.
5. Renewals
A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. We remind you by email, each time with the amount of the payment:
- 7 days before a free trial ends. Stripe, which takes the payments, also sends a reminder of its own.
- 30 days and again 7 days before a yearly renewal.
- 7 days before a monthly payment, once every six months.
Stripe may send reminders of its own before a renewal as well.
Each yearly renewal, including a move onto the annual plan, starts a new 14-day period in which you may cancel and have that year's payment refunded in full (section 3). A monthly renewal does not: cancelling stops the next payment, and the month you are in is not refunded.
If a monthly renewal was taken that you had intended to cancel, please write to us in any event. We are not obliged to refund it, but we would far rather hear from you than learn of it through your bank.
6. Education licences
An education licence runs for twelve months from the start of the first paid month. The end date is set on your subscription on the day you buy, and your customer portal shows it from the outset. On that date billing and access stop together, so no refund arises.
About 30 days before the end date we email you, at your university address, asking you to confirm that you still qualify. Reply, and we extend the term by a year. If you do not, it simply ends.
If your purchase is held because we could not recognise the address you gave as academic, you remain within your free trial and nothing has been charged. If the matter is unresolved by the date our email gives, two or three days before the trial ends, we cancel the subscription, so no charge is taken. If a charge does nevertheless reach a held purchase, tell us and we refund it in full immediately.
7. Licences bought on a quotation
A licence bought on a quotation and paid by invoice is governed by the quotation, which states the term and any refund arrangement. Email us, quoting your subscription reference or the invoice number.
8. What a refund does to your subscription
A refund does not, by itself, end your subscription. When you cancel and we refund you — within one of the 14-day periods in section 3, for instance — we cancel the subscription at the same time, and the licence is suspended that day. Morphé stops producing output; nothing you have made is deleted or altered, and your files open and edit as normal. If you subscribe again later, you receive a new licence key.
A partial refund, or a refund for any other reason — a duplicate charge or a goodwill gesture — changes nothing else. The subscription continues and the licence keeps working.
9. Stripe's role
Self-serve plans are sold through Stripe's Managed Payments, which makes Stripe the seller in the payment transaction. When we agree a refund, we instruct it and Stripe returns the money; timing depends on your card issuer and is usually a few working days.
Two consequences follow. Stripe may refund you on its own initiative, within about 60 days of a charge, in order to pre-empt a card dispute; if so, you will hear from Stripe. As section 8 explains, the refund does not by itself end your subscription: if you are leaving, cancel it in your customer portal as well. And Stripe handles payment queries on our behalf and expects a prompt response from us, which is one reason we commit to the response time in section 10.
None of this reduces what you may ask of us, or your rights against the seller.
10. How to contact us
Email is our preferred channel for cancellations and refunds: support@morphe-design.app. It is the quickest way to reach us. Requests sent by any other means will still be accepted, but may take considerably longer to reach us and to be answered.
Quote your subscription reference. It begins sub_ and appears
in every email we send you, including the one carrying your licence key. It lets us find your
subscription without further questions.
We respond to refund and cancellation requests within two working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Where we agree a refund we issue it on the day we agree it. Where we have to decline, we will say so plainly and explain why.
Before contacting your bank: a Morphé charge appears on your statement as
LINK.COM* MORPHE, or ONELINK* MORPHE for a payment made at checkout,
and the first payment after a free trial as LINK.COM* TRIAL OVER. Link, or Onelink,
is Stripe's payment brand, which is why our name is not first on the line. Please email us
before raising a dispute. A dispute takes weeks, suspends your licence automatically while it
runs, and usually reaches the same result an email would have reached in a day.
11. Model cancellation form
If you are cancelling within one of the 14-day periods in section 3, you may use this form. You do not have to: an email saying in your own words that you wish to cancel does exactly the same. It is based on the model form in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, with our details inserted. Email it to support@morphe-design.app, quoting your subscription reference.
